About Me

About Me

A striking characteristic of the human memory is that it remembers visuals better than it does words. All thanks to the Picture Superiority Effect! The visual modality comprises layers of high dimensional data, we can and cannot perceive directly with the naked eye. Although this is not restricted to just images or video, the human brain absorbs this medium faster than any other. Data encompasses every bit of information we see, hear, touch, and interact with daily. There's a lot we can infer from every modality and use that knowledge to solve large-scale problems today.

I am captivated by visual media, stemming from my appreciation for minimalism through photography, creating media graphics, and training a computer to perceive the world as humans do. I am deeply passionate about Visual Computing and look forward to leveraging AI for impactful solutions in the medical, healthtech, and healthcare space.

I have a strong background in Computer Vision and Deep Learning and 4 years of experience in solving real-world challenges associated with Semantic Image Segmentation, Object Detection, and ML Modelling to gain insights from digital biomarkers, clinical cough audio, graphene biosensor data, etc.

I enjoy learning something new every day and am capable of assimilating new ideas quickly. If you stumble upon something fascinating to discuss or collaborate on, please don't hesitate to drop me a message. I'm always eager to engage and explore new opportunities!
